**JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales and Marketing Executive for Building Materials Products.**

**Location: [Mumbai Western/Central/ South Mumbai /Navi Mumbai /Thane/ Palghar]**

Key Responsibilities:
**Sales**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and bids

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distributors.

4. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.

5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable sales growth.

**Marketing**:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our building products.

2. Collaborate with the other team for easy and smooth supply.

3. Conducting market analysis to understand customer needs and identify new market opportunities.

4. Updated about industry trends, including product prices and demand.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, including product prices and demand.

**Qualification**: Any Graduate or Under graduate.

**Experience**:Professional experience of minimum 2-4 years

CTC Upto - 3.2 TO 4 Lacs+ conveyance + incentives.
