**Core Responsibilities**:
**1. Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitching the right course, as per their needs**

**2. Working on consistently achieving the revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives**

**3. Identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers proactively**

**4. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline 5. Maintaining records of all customer interactions in the CRM**

**6. Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads**

**7. Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects**

**8. Understanding customer requirements in the geography assigned**

**9. Working on future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
