Job Overview
Support the Client Services Project Management team in the planning, execution and measurement of project activities to the client’s satisfaction, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget. Ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and practices.

Essential Functions
- Provide administrative assistance across project acivities for internal and external customers including setting up and maintaining project documentation files and records and maintaining internal databases, tracking systems and project plans.
- Arrange and attend internal and external account / project team and client teleconferences, developing minutes / contact reports and action plans as necessary
- Assist in the tracking and delivery of project elements: Take responsibility for establishing project timelines based on direction from supervisor, tracking timelines; arrange travel logistics as necessary; track and manage supplier delivery as required
- Assist with tracking of project budgets and finances by generating financial reports for supervisor review
- Assist in coordination of new business proposals and presentations
- Become familiar with IQVIA project management SOPs
- Actively seek out opportunities to expand knowledge and understanding of project management tools and techniques, attending internal and external training as appropriate

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent Req
- 4 years relevant experience Req Or
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
