**Job Description**:

- Lead the Electrical Engineering activities and deliverables for the project and ensure timely completion to the required quality standards. Execute technical work for FEED/DD within designated Cost Time & Resource (CTR) scopes. Develop concept and feasibility studies for new and modification of existing facilities.
- Development and checking of common electrical design drawings and deliverables including Single Line Diagrams, Block Cable Diagrams, Schematic/Connection Diagrams, General Electrical Equipment Layouts including Sub-station Layouts, Lighting Layouts, Earthing Layouts, Lightning Layouts, Cable & Drum Schedules & Bulk material requisitions.
- Provide technical assistance to SCM team for vetting technical offers from vendors. Cost optimisation through Value Engineering possibilities for the project. Preparation and approval of Variation statement, preparation of as built drawings. Shall be able to prepare technical queries on vendor offers and TB.
- Knowledge of Local Statutory compliance related to process plants.
- Strong understanding of plant safety and able to implement safety in plant design.
- Fully familiar with international codes, standards and recommended practices standards like ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NEC, NEMA, UL, Aramco standards, etc.
- Strong Understanding of Inputs and interface with various disciplines such as Process, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil & Structural, Mechanical - Static, Mechanical - Rotary, Piping and Planning, Project management, Execution Etc.
- Application of Industry standard CAD systems to produce 2-D electrical drawings and 3-D modelling systems, such as PDS, PDMS or SP3D, ETAP and PSCAD/EMTP.
