Part-Time Pattern Maker – Women's Apparel

About Us:
SABI is a women's fashion label creating capsule collections of versatile, free-size coord sets and statement tops. We focus on quality, comfort, and expressive design. We're looking for a skilled Pattern Maker to join us part-time and work closely with the founder to bring designs to life.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create accurate
patterns from sketches/tech packs
for women's coord sets and tops. - Develop first samples and assist in fittings.
- Make corrections/adjustments to patterns based on feedback.
- Ensure patterns are production-ready with proper seam allowances, finishing details, and grading if needed.
- Collaborate with the founder, tailor(s), and designer to maintain design intent and garment quality.
- Maintain records of patterns for future use and reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pattern Master / Pattern Maker in womenswear.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, draping, and finishing.
- Ability to work with free-size / relaxed silhouettes as well as more detailed pieces.
- Based in Mumbai (preferably
Andheri West or nearby
). - Available part-time (approx. 2–3 days a week / project basis).
- Reliability, attention to detail, and respect for timelines are a must.
