**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take initiative and bring new ideas to the table, driving change and improvement.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes and procedures to support scalability and growth.
- Assist in developing and implementing innovative strategies and solutions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage service delivery processes, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Handle various tasks and projects with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Design and implement groundbreaking strategies that push the boundaries of what's possible.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Handling incident management process.
- Data driven solutions by visualisation tools like Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional skills in conveying ideas and building relationships.
- Experience in operations management, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
