**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Customer Interaction**
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewelry.
- Explain product details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

**2. Customer Service**
- Provide a friendly and welcoming shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers for repeat business.

**3. Product Knowledge & Display**
- Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and product collections.
- Ensure all jewelry items are properly displayed and well-maintained.
- Assist in arranging and organizing stock as per company guidelines.

**4. Billing & Transactions**
- Assist customers with billing and payment processes.
- Ensure accuracy in invoicing and cash/card transactions.
- Follow company protocols for secure handling of transactions.

**5. Store Maintenance & Compliance**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Follow showroom policies, dress code, and safety guidelines.
- Support stock audits and assist in inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1+ years in retail sales (jewelry experience preferred).
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass (Degree preferred but not mandatory).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- **Language**: Fluency in Tamil is a must; basic English is an advantage.
