**Job role: Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Location: Erode**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Developing and Implementing Strategies**:Creating and executing effective sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying target markets and setting sales goals.
- **Lead Generation and Sales**:Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
- **Marketing Campaign Management**:Planning, managing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
- **Relationship Building**:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- **Market Research**:Conducting market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and understand customer needs.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**:Monitoring and analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
- **Budget Management**:Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with other teams (e.g., product development, sales) to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
- **Event Coordination**:Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and its offerings.
- **Brand Awareness**:Creating brand awareness and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Process Management**:Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closure, using CRM software and other tools.
- **Content Creation**:Creating and editing marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and social media posts.
- **Reporting**:Preparing and presenting sales and marketing reports to senior management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
