Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify key trends, target audience insights, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze data from market research to provide actionable recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and gathering feedback from customers.

Content Creation and Digital Marketing:

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that marketing content aligns with the brand’s tone and visuals.
- Develop and schedule social media posts on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to increase brand engagement.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Support the marketing team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Help monitor ongoing campaigns, collect performance data, and report on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Strategy Development:

- Assist in developing and refining marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and growth plans.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing and business development teams to generate new ideas for increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

- Identify potential partnerships and collaborations with influencers, organizations, or other brands that align with the company’s values.
- Research opportunities for sponsored content, guest blogs, or co-branded initiatives that can help expand the company’s reach.

Customer Engagement and Feedback:

- Help gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct communication to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Use insights to recommend ways to enhance customer experience and engagement across all marketing channels.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance to share with the team and suggest improvements where necessary.

SEO and SEM Support:

- Help in optimizing website content for SEO and assist with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility.

Brand Management:

- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and manage the company's social media presence to engage the audience and build relationships.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Help develop sales support materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
