**Roles and Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Executive Selling UG and PG Courses**
**Roles**:
**Lead Generation**:
Identifying potential students interested in undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, and databases.
**Client Interaction**:
Engaging with prospective students and their families to understand their educational aspirations, preferences, and financial constraints.
**Sales Presentation**:
Explaining the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the UG and PG courses offered.
Customizing presentations based on individual needs and preferences.
**Follow-ups**:
Regularly following up with potential leads to nurture and convert them into enrolled students.
**Collaboration**:
Coordinating with academic counselors, marketing teams, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
