**Position Overview**:
The Social Media Ad Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing paid ad campaigns across various social media platforms. This role is critical in driving traffic, increasing engagement, and boosting conversions for our e-commerce platform.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and Implement Ad Campaigns**: Create and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- **Analyze and Optimize Performance**: Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including visuals and copy, that align with the brand's voice.
- **Audience Targeting**: Identify and segment target audiences, utilizing advanced targeting strategies to maximize reach and relevance.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- **Reporting and Insights**: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to determine the most effective strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 3+ years of experience managing paid social media advertising, preferably for an e-commerce or consumer-focused brand.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and familiarity with other social media ad platforms.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- **Creativity**: A creative mindset with a strong eye for design and persuasive ad copywriting.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- **Certifications**: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
- **Preferred**: Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other social media management software.
Pay: From ₹177,280.51 per year
