- ** Content Creation & Curation**: Develop engaging content across platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- ** Audience Engagement**: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and report insights to refine strategies.
- ** Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices across all major social media platforms.
- ** Key Skills**:

- ** Platform Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- ** Content Creation**: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with video editing tools.
- ** Data-Driven Mindset**: Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to drive engagement and growth.
- ** Creativity & Storytelling**: Skilled in crafting messages and visuals that resonate with audiences and reflect brand identity.
- ** Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- ** Adaptability**: Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and platform updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
