**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media Trafficker with at least 1-2 years of experience in driving traffic across various social media platforms. As a Social Media Trafficker, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring high-quality traffic, engagement, and conversions for our marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Traffic Optimization: Monitor and adjust strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation through social media channels.
- Audience Targeting: Define and implement strategies to target specific audiences and ensure the right content reaches the right people.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets for social media advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and meeting business goals.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and other elements to identify the best-performing strategies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, traffic generation, and ad optimization.
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, and other key social media advertising tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing campaigns.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, from setup to reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and collaborating with teams.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to spot trends and discrepancies in data.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in social media platforms and marketing trends.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
