We are looking for fellow adventurers to walk the distance with us. Job Location: Gurgaon & Noida Executive - Business Development Role: 1. Overall responsibility of target-oriented growth of business (new customer acquisition) in allocated communities 2. Overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns at community level through agencies /promoters 3. Build and maintain a healthy relationship with key community/ RWA stakeholders 4. Plan and maintain weekly / monthly marketing budget 5. Maintain an updated understanding of the competitive landscape in the community Experience: 2 to 4 years (2+ years in Handling Sales/Business development Process) Education: Graduation (Master's in Sales & Marketing or General Management Preferred / MBA) - Must be good in Communication skills & regional language. - Problem Solving skill & Customer Dealing. - Geographical knowledge. - Must have own bike. TH Salary:

- 18000 to 24000 +Variable & 200 TADA/ day

Pay: ₹18,550.16 - ₹24,369.16 per month
