Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing and Invoicing

Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all billing activities.

2. Tender Management

Monitor and track relevant tenders.

Ensure timely submission of required documents and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tenders.

3. Office Administration

Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Manage office correspondence and filing systems.

4. Client and Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain positive relationships.

5. Registrations and Documentation

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Proven experience in office management, billing & similar roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

High level of responsibility and integrity.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
