**Reports to**: Back Office Manager/Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions of the company. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, supporting the operations team, and ensuring that all data and documentation are accurately managed and maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Enter, update, and maintain data in the company's database.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and generate reports as required.
- **Documentation**:

- Manage and organize physical and digital files.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and operations.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide support to the front office team in handling customer queries.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Operational Support**:

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Support the operations team in managing projects and tasks.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with database management and CRM software is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
