**Overview of Position**
- Taking 50-55 inbound calls daily and assisting our client patient base with their billing inquiries
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls for the General Physician patient base for their billing inquiries in an ACD call center.
**What are the requirements needed for this position?**
- Years of experience: 0-3
- Education: High School graduate
- Physical requirements: N/A
**What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?**
- Problem solving and listening skills.
- Basic math
- Microsoft office
- bi-lingual a plus
**What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?**
- Prior customer service experience
- knowledge of medical billing
**How much should I expect to travel?**
Remote.
