**Job Position: Restaurant Captain**

**Location**: Andheri East
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (Can exceed ₹25,000 based on experience) + Centralized Tips + Food
**Shift**: Break Shift (2 hours)
**Shift Timing**: Starts at 12:00 PM
**Weekly Off**: 1 day off per week (as per standard)
**Duty Hours**: 10 hours per day

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the floor staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure that all food and beverage items are served as per restaurant standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior staff members.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends.
