Develop Healthy Customer Relationship
- Enhance Customer Training
- Evaluate and Analyzes Customer Needs and resolves them efficiently
- Build Trust and Transparency with Clients
- Acts as a Customer Advocate
- Encourage Customers to Upgrade their Products
- Promote Customer Loyalty
- Help in the on-boarding of new clients by providing them training and setting up of the accounts.
- Actively reach out to existing customers to explain new features of Konnect Insights software
- Recommend best practices in Social Listening and analytics

**Role Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in client servicing or customer support or a similar role
- Excellent Communication skills
- Hands-on experience of working on Excel with knowledge of charting, creating pivots etc.
- Proficient in Digital Marketing
- Experience in ORM / Social Listening is a plus
- Prior experience in agencies is preferable
- Communications or marketing degree.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of customer success processes
- Experience in document creation
- Patient and active listener
- Passion for service

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
