**Main Purpose**
Delivers the Perfect Store, Outlet and eStore strategies and agenda across EUROPE. The incumbent will work closely with the Perfect Store LatAm and North America teams, re-evaluate the best-in-class standards on a regular basis, identify new Commercial technologies and systems and lead the overall agenda of the Development & Deployment team at a Sector level. The position will support the key Sector business partners and channel leads, service the BUs and act as the Perfect Store, Outlet and eStore expert on achieving ‘execution excellence’ by building the critical capabilities and implementing the programmes.

**Accountabilities**
- Defines and implements the 3 year strategy for the Perfect Store programme across EUROPE
- Works closely with the Perfect Store LatAm and North America teams to share and adopt the latest capability programmes
- Re-evaluates the best-in-class standards for each step of the Perfect Store (every 18 months) to drive an aggressive transformation and to ensure that PepsiCo stays ahead of the competition
- Leads and oversees the overall agenda of the Development & Deployment team (e.g. toolkit delivery) for the Perfect Store programme
- Works with the PepsiCo labs team to identify new Commercial technologies and systems that have the potential to transform the execution capabilities of the organisation
- Engages with the BU LTs to ensure that the priority execution opportunities for each channel are embedded as part of the ACP cycle and that the Perfect Store programme has a right to succeed

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Key Skills/Experience Required**
**Education**:Business Administration & Management, International Business & Marketing degrees are desirable
**Functional Experience**:10+ years of experience, predominantly within Commercial functions
- Multi-Channel (OT, Discounter, TT, AFH & eCommerce experience)
- Category Development (CatMan and/or Shopper Insights)
- Sales Strategy or Go To Market Transformation
- Sales (either Key Account Management or Field Sales)
- Trade Marketing (Shopper Activation)

**Language**: 100% English, other languages are desirable
