Lead Optometrist

We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to manage daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and utilize our automated equipment to guide customers to perfect optical solutions.

The successful candidate will welcome customers, prepare them for eye testing using our in-store optical equipment (testing performed automatically), review results, and recommend suitable lenses based on customer needs. They will also inform customers about current promotions, offers, and product options, upsell additional products and services to enhance their eyewear experience, oversee store operations, maintain high standards of service and presentation, and keep accurate customer and sales records in compliance with retail and healthcare requirements.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optometry from a H+ listed university in Anabin database is required. The degree must be rated as 'entspricht' or 'gleichwertig' in Anabin OR obtain ZAB Statement of Comparability.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in optometry, preferably with retail or store management exposure.
• Willingness to complete German language training to B2 level before starting work.
