The Dream Sports Foundation team is dedicated to developing, strengthening, and providing a meaningful impetus to the entire Indian sports ecosystem. We work across a multitude of verticals and look to create impactful and valuable programs and partnerships to realise the potential of sport in India. We focus on various intervention areas from grassroots to elite athlete development to quality sports infrastructure.

**Your Role**:

- Define & execute the vision and strategy for Dream Sports Foundation
- Efficiently manage P&L and budgets to achieve sustainable financial goals and optimum utilization
- Strategies, execute high-quality Youth LTAD programs while creating and managing best-in-class sports facilities
- Lead all DSF Youth LTAD initiatives with sports science and technology interventions
- Establishing strategic partnerships with NSFs, sports academies, and leagues to create high-quality tournaments and leagues
- Ensure good corporate governance and hygiene in DSF and DSF athlete ecosystem
- Lead, manage, and mentor the team, and oversee best-in-class athlete and coach retention

**Qualifiers**:

- Minimum 18 years of experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role in sports
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with LTAD programs OR has been an ex-athlete at the state level or higher
