**Role**:
- Own design execution for complex systems, core loops, and live-ops features
- Define and craft world-class player experiences across Dream Cricket and future titles
- Define information architecture, interaction patterns, game feel, immersion techniques and usability principles
- Partner with Product and Game Design on feature strategy, wireframes, player journey mapping
- Collaborate with Marketing and LiveOps to ensure seamless design across ads, store assets, onboarding flows, retention-friendly events and economy-driven experiences
- Push quality bar on player empathy, retention-focused flows, and frictionless navigation
- Lead discovery through player research, usability tests, and competitor deconstructions
- Document and evolve DGS design systems, principles, and interaction guidelines
- Act as design authority, reviewing and critiquing major feature experiences across teams
- Collaborate with Art and Motion teams to integrate seamless visual polish
- Benchmark industry leading games to identify design innovations and opportunities

**Must Have**:
- 7+ years in UX/UI, with a focus on mobile games
- Mastery of usability heuristics, player psychology, and accessibility standards
- Expert in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong body of work in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
- Familiarity with user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and data analysis

**Good to have**:
- Background in motion design, VFX, or sound-driven interactions
- HCI, Cognitive Science, or Game Design advanced degree/certification
- Ability to influence leadership decisions with deep craft expertise
- Experience with Unreal Engine integration
- Passionate about gaming and/or sports
