**What We’re Looking For**:
We need a **Sales Administrator** who’s more than just a team player—someone who thrives in building connections, navigating challenges, and pushing boundaries. You’ll be at the forefront of driving Clearbot’s growth, representing us to ports, shipping companies, and maritime authorities. If you have a knack for turning opportunities into partnerships and love the idea of being out in the field, meeting clients, and making things happen, this role is for you.

**Your Day-to-Day**:
**Prospect, Pitch, and Build**:

- Scout new clients in the maritime world—think ports, shipping operators, and marine authorities.
- Travel to meet clients, present our vision, and show how Clearbot can transform their operations.
- Represent Clearbot at industry events and trade shows, making sure everyone knows who we are and what we stand for.

**Own the Sales Cycle**:

- Craft proposals, pitch decks, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Keep our CRM system in check—tracking leads, following up, and ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to make sure client requirements align with our solutions.

**Be the Bridge**:

- Build genuine relationships with clients—be their go-to person for all things Clearbot.
- Ensure seamless communication, follow-ups, and support throughout the sales journey.

**You’ll Shine If You Have**:
**Maritime Know-How**:

- Experience working in or selling to the maritime sector (ports, shipping, or related industries).
- A good grasp of how ports and waterways operate—your clients will know you “get it.”

**Proven Skills**:

- 3+ years in a sales or business development role with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills—you can switch between professional and relatable with ease.
- Solid organization and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.

- A love for travel—you’ll be visiting client sites and industry events regularly.
