**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and existing customers.
- Advertise the part and product of the the brand gadgets.
- Make the customer aware of the products and convince them to buy the products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service and/or inside sales (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers.
