- Dispensing and Checking of Expiry of Drugs before dispensing.
- Enters the drug dispensing data into an Application through Laptop.
- Ensures the adequate availability of medicines by proactively raising the stock requirements.
- Maintain Beneficiary Drug Issue Register, Stock registers & Expiry Watch Register.
- Checks expiry of medicines and physical stock verification.
- Takes appropriate action for Bio-Medical waste management with the Medical officer
- Carries out any other relevant additional functions as tasked by the MO /Specialist doctor/Operations/CD team
- Conduct monthly physical stock counting and prepare stock statements along with 2 months’ required quantity.
- Update monthly received stock quantities in the Application, Stock register and watch register.
- Attend periodic training conducted by CD/Operations team.
- Manages daily operations and other activities whatever may be suggested by the reporting manager
- Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific needs in personalizing substance abuse, and physical activity.
