**Key Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Preparation and timely submission of various forms, reports and other documents to Exchanges/Depositories;
- Assisting in handling Investor Grievances as per regulatory guidelines;
- Assisting in Concurrent Audits, Internal Audits and Inspection by Exchanges/Depositories;
- Assisting in ensuring exchange / DP-related compliances applicable to the Company under SEBI Act, SCRA, Rules, Regulations Bye-laws of Exchange and Circulars issued by SEBI/CDSL/NSE/BSE/MCX/MSEI from time to time;
- To coordinate with back-office vendors on daily activities;
- Liaising with Exchanges, Depositories for routine matters;
- Reviewing updating company forms and internal documents in line with applicable Stock Exchange / DP guidelines;
**Professional Qualification -**
Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant / B. Com / BBA / Commerce Graduate

**Ideal Past Work Experience -**
2 - 5 years of experience working in compliance division

**Compensation** - INR 30,000 - 70,000 p.m. (depending on experience and education qualification)**Key Competencies -**Ability to work under pressure
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Good drafting skills
Diligent at work and pay great attention to the details

**Work from Office** - Monday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
