**Job Profile**:Executive - Compliance (Legal)**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Handle Distributor Compliance Desk & ensure
- Prompt reply of mails
- Administration of Policy & Procedures
- Mediation & Resolution of disputes with timely interventions
- Prepare internal agreements, contracts, MOU, Trade Mark Registration/BBMP, Trade License, PPL, IPRS, Novex, ISRA license
- Reviewing documents & its legalities
- Legal research and compliance of statutory and non-statutory requirements
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Preparing, Renewal and termination of rental agreements & sales agreements (PAN India)
- Departmental and court visit
- Maintain fruitful relationships with distributors and address their needs effectively
- Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like DCS, Operations, Finance) for issue resolution

**Qualities**
- Must be fluent in English, Hindi & in any two of South Indian Languages
- Leadership Quality
- Decision making ability
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good MS Office skills including MS Excel
- Good Communication Skills & Typing Speed
- Presentation skill
- Travel Friendly

**Qualification & Experience**
- BBA/LLB, MBA/ LLB (from a reputed institute)
- 1 to 2 years of work experience with same kind of responsibilities mentioned above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
