**Job Summary**:
The Legal Executive will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to the construction company, ensuring that the company complies with legal regulations and protecting its interests. This role involves handling various legal matters related to construction contracts, disputes, procurement, real estate, and more. The Legal Executive will assist the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts, addressing legal queries, and supporting in dispute resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Contract Management**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts are legally sound and protect the company’s interests.
- Maintain a database of all contracts and monitor important deadlines and renewals.

**Compliance & Legal Guidance**:

- Advise on compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to health, safety, environmental, and labor laws.
- Stay updated on legal developments affecting the construction industry.

**Dispute Resolution**:

- Assist in managing and resolving disputes, including claims, litigation, and arbitration.
- Support the legal team with case preparation and documentation for legal proceedings.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential legal risks related to construction projects and advise management on mitigating strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on risk management practices.

**Document Management**:

- Review and maintain records of legal documents, ensuring their completeness and compliance.
- Oversee the preparation of legal documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

**Legal Research**:

- Conduct legal research to support ongoing construction projects, disputes, and compliance requirements.
- Provide legal insights into construction law, real estate law, and related matters.

**Liaison with External Legal Advisors**:
Coordinate with external legal counsel and other advisors for specialized legal matters.

Manage the communication between external legal teams and the company’s management.

**Advisory Role**:

- Provide legal opinions and recommendations on a variety of legal issues relating to construction operations.
- Advise senior management on legal aspects of major projects, acquisitions, and other corporate activities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, construction law, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and able to spot potential legal risks and solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with dispute resolution mechanisms, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with domestic and international construction contracts and laws.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Understanding of procurement law in relation to construction projects.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with occasional travel to construction sites or client locations as required.
- Office-based with occasional evening or weekend work depending on project timelines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
