**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**EXPOSURE IN RERA REGISTRATION, REGULAR UPDATIONS**

Drafting and Negotiation of legal contracts

Ensuring proper contract stamping and registration of all the agreements including all execution formalities

Should be capable of handling both Non-Litigation and Litigation matters.

Should be excellent in **Drafting**.

Planning, Strategizing and execution of all Legal Activities.

Reviewing all property related papers and Preparation of Title / Legal Diligence report for all properties.

Legal drafting of all documents including any transaction-related agreements / deeds / GPAs / contracts, notices, legal replies, letters, etc. as required from time to time.

Managing, maintaining of all Documents and Records (including Pre-Registration and post registration).

Assisting in Land acquisitions, Liaoning & obtaining all necessary project approvals.

Addressing / clarifying all legal queries related to organization & projects (completed, on-going & up-coming) raised by clients, advocates, landowners, banks / funding institutions, etc.

Ensuring timely registrations of all documents.

Monitoring the lifecycle of all the contracts

Ensure Compliance to Applicable laws

Managing all suits, disputes, police matters, recovery proceedings.

**Prepare weekly report on status of the pending works**

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**

LLB / LLM Degree is Must

Should have minimum 3 years’ experience in **REAL ESTATE COMPANY**.

**Read, Write and Speak Kannada is a must**

Drafting various notices, MOUs, complaints, legal documents ,recovery suits, complaints, sale deed, indemnity bond, affidavit, scrutinize the documents, filing recovery suits, filing cheque bounces complaints, filing PCR, Interact with external advocates, follow up the court cases, represent the company cases, identify the new external advocates, and negotiates the external advocate fees, provide the legal opinion on the documents of projects, properties and etc, represent the company with various government departments polices department, attend the court case and coordinate with external advocates. Attend appellate Tribunal court, consumer court, labour court, High Court.

Pay: ₹32,500.00 per month
