Job Overview:
Job Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Working closely with Finance and compliance team in various work related to compliance and Audit
- Maintain and update legal documentation and records
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
- Assist in legal due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 2-3 years of experience in drafting contracts and agreements, preparation of compliance documents, and legal compliance
- Knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Proficient in speaking Kannada Language.
