**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Legal Executive** to support our legal and compliance function. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts with employees, vendors, service providers, and third parties to ensure legal soundness and protect the company’s interests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather required information for legal documentation.
- Ensure all contracts and documents comply with local, state, and national laws and regulations.
- Maintain a centralized and organized repository of all legal agreements.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Identify legal risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Support in handling notices, disputes, or compliance-related matters.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws, commercial regulations, and industry practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, and commercial documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management tools.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the FMCG or agricultural sector.
- Multilingual abilities (Tamil, Hindi, or other regional languages) is a plus.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹34,996.79 per month
