This is a Critical Role, where you will be working Directly with the CEO for personal and professional projects. The aim is to make operations around life and work easy by running the executive's routine and daily calendar. You will have great authority and will learn a lot in several departments like sales, coordination, planning, and data analysis along with strategic insights by the virtue of proximity to the executive team however confidentiality, liability, and responsibility will also scale accordingly.
We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build systems by constant discussions and taking priority timing.
- Transition strategy discussion into the relevant project and take inputs from PMO, BA & EA
- Train new staff to work on those tasks via confluence
- Manage supply chain by building systems for BA client ops
- Educate team with strategic workshops created similar to one CEO right now.
- Being trained along with other BA to run a company
- Build systems for CEO to report and analyze all company operations
- Self analyze and counter within reason all strategic discussion should be through your only self-analysis
- Keep the CEO dept and responsibilities at highest efficiently
- Enrich, train, source the knowledge, human resource on every
- Creating Strategy for Company, Team, sales, Marketing
- Define KPIs for all Analytics
- Define Product/Service pricing
- Planning OKRS for Company & Marketing
- Financial Planning & 1 Analysis
General Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Data Entry
- Business Development through portals like Upwork / Fiverr /
- Assist the operations team in the development of the project, powerpoints, market research, competition analysis, landscape
- Product Survey's and calls.
- Assist the HR team in Analytics and Recruitment
- File Management and Calendar Management
- Routine Management, Lead Generation and Bookkeeping
- Personal errands (purchasing gifts, writing letters, organizing events for loved ones/family members online)
- Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Bills/Invoices Management
- Inbound and outbound calls for admin functions
- Booking appointments/Flights/Hotels Etc. Planning OKR, Annual Plans, and Budgets
- Communication Management, Inventory Management and Wardrobe and Supplies Management
Interview Process:
Round 1: You will have to submit HR intake forms
Round 2: HR Round
Round 3: You will have to fill an elaborate form(jot form)
Round 4: Mettl Test
Round 5: Interview with CEO
