**Job Title**: Data Entry & Procurement Executive (Academics)
**Location**: Pune, India

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 2 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of input in procurement systems.
- Assist in procuring academic resources (books, journals, software, etc.) based on departmental needs.
- Maintain records of procurement requests, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Update and maintain inventory records for academic supplies.
- Work closely with academic departments to understand their resource requirements.
- Prepare and process invoices for procurement orders, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and budgets.
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and delivered goods or services.
- Assist in managing the database for academic materials and resources.
- Support in generating reports related to procurement activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry and procurement, preferably in an academic or educational setting.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with procurement software and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of academic procurement processes and requirements.
- Familiarity with academic software and resources management.

Pay: ₹11,000.02 - ₹35,336.78 per month
