**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (Outbound Sales)

We are seeking a **Customer Relationship Executive (Outbound Sales)** to join our vibrant and growing team If you have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to have you onboard.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and services to customers.
- Ensure full adherence to compliance standards and Service Level Agreements (SLA) during calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, including meeting stretched targets.
- Maintain superior service quality by following organizational standards and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve collective goals.

**Salary**:

- **Freshers**: ₹15,000 per month
- **Experienced (1+ year)**: ₹20,000 per month

**Shift Timings**:

- Rotational 9.5-hour shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

**Week Off**:

- Two rotational days off per week.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Age limit: Up to 32 years.
- No prior experience required for freshers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

**Interview Timings**:

- Interviews will be conducted between **11:00 AM and 4:30 PM**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
