**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (Retail-Cloth/Jwellery)

**Location**: Kothapet in Swarnakanchi store

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide detailed product information, recommend items, and upsell when appropriate.
- Assist customers with product returns and exchanges following store policies.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the store manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Telugu, English & Hindi(manageable)
- **Customer Service Focused**: Proven ability to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Good Appearance and Presentation**: Should be presentable and have a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to resolve customer issues in a calm and effective manner.
- **Multitasking Skills**: Ability to manage multiple customer requests and tasks simultaneously.
- **Basic Knowledge of Store Products**: Understanding of South Indian products to assist customers effectively.

**Salary
- 20K**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
