Job Description:
As a B2C Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting and advising customers in planning and booking their dream vacations. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, understanding the unique needs of each traveler, and creating memorable travel experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and destination knowledge.

Booking and Reservation: Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services using our booking systems.

Destination Knowledge: Stay informed about popular travel destinations, attractions, and local customs to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales and Promotions: Promote travel packages, special offers, and additional services to enhance the customer's travel experience.

Documentation: Ensure all booking details and customer information are accurately documented and maintained.

Qualifications:
Must have experience in Tour and Travel Industry.

06months to 3years of experience in B2C Sales

Experience in itinerary planning

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
