**Roles and Responsibilities**

We're hiring “Travel Operations” with 2.5 -3yrs experience. Ensuring seamless travel operations & customer satisfaction
- Well versed with all international European countries’ tourist destinations
- To handle the client queries after sales part done.
- Experience to make packages of Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Denmark, France, and Austria etc. (all European countries)
- Design customised itineraries
- To coordinate with the vendors & transporters
- Coordination with the hoteliers for the payment
- Provide the best package to the Travel sales consultant as earliest as possible
- Responsible to the total payment before departure
- To explain the tour to the client once it’s confirmed
- To assist client from starting till end of the tour
- Well aware about the current tourist guidelines of the different state’s governments
- Keep financial statements and documents
- Well aware about the current tourist guidelines of the different state’s governments

v Plan, book, & manage travel, optimize itineraries, negotiate with suppliers, use travel tech, & ensure exceptional customer service

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant/ expert / agent /executive / operations.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Well versed in various areas of travel (all European countries, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
- Well versed in various areas make packages of Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Denmark, France, and Austria etc. (all European countries)
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work in uk europe and middle east tour management: 2 years (required)
- total work as travel & Tour advisor: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Ability to Commute:

- New Delhi, Delhi (required)

Ability to Relocate:
