**Travel Operations - (Europe Expert)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**We're hiring “Travel Operations” with 2.5 -3yrs experience. Ensuring seamless travel operations & customer satisfaction**

**- Well versed with all international European countries’ tourist destinations**

**- To handle the client queries after sales part done.**

**- Experience to make packages of Vietnam,Middle East, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Denmark, France, and Austria etc. (all European countries)**

**- Design customised itineraries**

**- To coordinate with the vendors & transporters**

**- Coordination with the hoteliers for the payment**

**- Provide the best package to the Travel sales consultant as earliest as possible**

**- Responsible to the total payment before departure**

**- To explain the tour to the client once it’s confirmed**

**- To assist client from starting till end of the tour**

**- Well aware about the current tourist guidelines of the different state’s governments**

**- Keep financial statements and documents**

**- Well aware about the current tourist guidelines of the different state’s governments**

**v Plan, book, & manage travel, optimize itineraries, negotiate with suppliers, use travel tech, & ensure exceptional customer service**

**Requirements and skills**

**- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant/ expert / agent /executive / operations.**

**- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage**

**- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach**

**- Well versed in various areas of travel (all European countries, business/holidays, group/individual etc)**

**- Well versed in various areas make packages of Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Denmark, France, and Austria etc. (all European countries)**

**- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively**

**- Demonstrable ability to handle crises**

**- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
