**Job Description: Travel Sales Advisor (International Market)**

**Location**: Dwarka, Delhi

**Job Type**: Full Time (Work From Office)
**Shift**: Rotational Shifts (5 days working with 2 rotational offs)
**Salary**: Up to 60k CTC (Based on Experience)
**Immediate Joiners Required**
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2-3 years in Travel Sales (International Market)

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and provide customized travel solutions for flights, hotels, car rentals, and holiday packages.
- Sell and process bookings for international flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and itinerary planning to international customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking issues or discrepancies for customers, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Collaborate with other departments (ticketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely solutions, accurate information, and excellent service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new destinations to provide the best possible recommendations to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international travel sales, handling flights, car rentals, hotels, and ticketing.
- Proven ability to work in a sales-driven environment and meet targets.
- Strong knowledge of global travel products, destinations, and booking platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering excellent experiences to international clients.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
