**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive in Delhi. As a Support Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your role will involve regular visits to customer locations, handling inquiries and complaints, and providing exceptional customer support. **Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory.

Regularly visit customer sites to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalised assistance.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, educating them on product features and benefits.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute customer projects, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.

Monitor customer accounts, track sales activities, and provide accurate reports and feedback to management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services in the market.

Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to build brand awareness and expand the customer base.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with safety regulations and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

Must be fluent in Hindi and English.

Proven experience in customer relations, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and achieve targets.

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for maintaining customer records and managing sales activities.

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Familiarity with the real estate market and understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
