We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain customer records and update the database with relevant information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customers.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
