We have an experience of more than 65 years and are market leaders for most of the products that we market. The company was established in 1956 and has an experienced and motivated team of 100 people. We have multiple warehouses and offices in India.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proficient in Advance Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally Prime) and Visualization will be added on
- Good at preparing MIS Report(s) / Dashboard(s)
- Ability to collect and compile relevant data
- Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically
- Proficient in Verbal and Written communication
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Can work independently and as a part of a team

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
- Proficient in MS Excel with good knowledge of functions such as Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Tables, Index, Arrays, Query.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Google Drive will be an added advantage.
- Designing, monitoring, analysing, maintaining, and managing the accuracy of reports.
- Analysing existing reports and processes, and making plans for improvement and automation of reports.
- Conduct data and business analysis, and present dashboard(s) and summary of indings to the management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service.
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) and processes.
- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop MIS documentation / SOPs to allow smooth operations and easy system maintenance after the deployment of tools.

- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
- Can develop and automate processes through advanced formulas on G- suite and MS Excel.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring issues.
- Can prepare presentations and help management with the data in the desired format

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
