We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **MIS Executive** to manage and optimize data systems, automate reports, and support business decision-making processes using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Automate Google Sheets using **Google Apps Script** for efficient data processing and reporting.
- Integrate multiple data sources and maintain dashboards for various departments (HR, Sales, Operations, etc.).
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with teams to understand data/reporting needs and provide customized solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing scripts and spreadsheets.
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and reports.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in **Google Sheets** and advanced formulas (QUERY, VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with **Google Apps Script (GAS)** for automation and custom tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/B.Sc/BBA preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in MIS or Data Analysis role
- Knowledge of basic SQL or data visualization tools (optional)
