Your goal is to maximize ROAS through smart targeting, optimization, and continuous testing.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize 30+ Google Ads campaigns. - Oversee budgets of $100K+ per month. - Track KPIs, analyze data, and improve performance. - Work with creatives on ad content and messaging. - Run A/B tests and optimize bidding strategies. - Report on campaign results and improvements.Requirements:- Proven experience managing large Google Ads budgets. - Previous experience at a Google Partner agency (required). - Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). - Excellent analytical and optimization skills. - Google Ads certification (required).What We Offer:- Competitive pay ($7K–$10K/month). - Performance commission (3–5%). - Remote work flexibility. - Career growth with a fast-moving global team.
