- Legal Operations Associate - India

What You'll Do

Sprinklr’s Legal Department is seeking a bright, motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager to join their Legal Operations team. This position will report to the Director, Legal Operations and help support and enable a fast-paced and energetic Global Legal Team that leans on Legal Operations to do their best work. This individual will be responsible for Legal intake, knowledge management and the implementation and administration of new technologies within the department. They will also be responsible for representing the Legal Department on cross-functional projects and initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
- Legal Intake Management
- Optimize our use of Sprinklr’s in-house technology to create a best-in class Legal intake process and experience for our internal stakeholders-
- Knowledge Management and Governance
- Develop and support programs that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team (e.g. centralized resources, processes, memos, policies, and other learnings) and assist with governance of any knowledge management processes-
- Legal Technology
- Optimize the legal team’s implementation and adoption of technology initiatives by helping to support the team’s day-to-day support needs and larger enhancement requirements-
- Legal Practice Operations
- Assist with building and supporting day-to-day legal processes that help the Legal Department scale and become more efficient, often working cross-functionally with Security, Procurement, Finance, Sales Operations and IT-
- Onboard/Offboard and Training
- Develop and execute new hire onboarding programs and assist with employee offboarding as needed-
- Reporting/Analytics
- Assist with quarterly and ad hoc reporting-
- Project Management
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director, Legal OperationsWho You Are & What Makes You Qualified- 2-4 years of experience in Legal Operations or project/program management in a corporate environment-
- A clear, collaborative communicator with an attention to detail and organizational prowess-
- Ability to multitask with great attention to detail and a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines within a changing, fast‐paced environment-
- Team player with the ability to work with all levels of the organization-
- Ability to foster good business relationships-
- Must demonstrate good judgment and work ethic-
- Works independently and takes initiative-
- Demonstrated project and change management skills-
