**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introduce our products/services, and articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Arrange face-to-face meetings with business owners to present our offerings, negotiate contracts, and secure deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using Excel sheets.
- Handle student data management by accurately inputting information from mails into Excel sheets.
- Conduct telephonic and video calls with prospective students, provide detailed information about courses and admission processes, and convert leads into admissions.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admission process and provide ongoing support to enrolled students.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B telecalling, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, management, and analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Confidence and capability in conducting face-to-face meetings with clients.
- Familiarity with telephonic and video call platforms and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be a young female professional residing in Delhi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
