**Salary**: upto Rs 3,00,000 per annum

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products/services, and explaining the key benefits.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prompt and efficient response to customer inquiries and requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.
- Handling Offers and Payment Follow-ups
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align efforts and achieve sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products/services in the market.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Sales Telecaller with 3 to 5 years of successful B2B calling track record.

Strong communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach to sales calls.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software to manage and track leads throughout the sales process.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the B2B Business will be an advantage.

Good organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Salary**:

- The salary for this position is up to 25,000/- per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
