**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Generating leads from website, telecaller and customer visit PAN USA
- Help organize marketing events
- Support the sales and marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Closely work with sales team to onboard new customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Engage with potential customers and visit customer sites and understand their requirements

**Requirements**:

- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Good understanding of different Sales and marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good with analytical activities and presentation tools (MS Excel and PowerPoint)

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge about Logistics, Automation and Robotics Industry
- ** Desired Qualification**: B.E. / B. Tech/ MBA Marketing or equivalent relevant work experience.
- ** Work Experience**: 0-1 years
