Join Our Innovative and Growing Team as a Digital Channels Specialist-QA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality user experience across our digital channels, including mobile internet banking.
- Implement agile methodologies to streamline development processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment systems, cards, and digital account opening processes to ensure accuracy, security, and seamless user experience.
- Manage onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that fosters long-term loyalty.
- Oversee fund transfer mechanisms, including NEFT/RTGS payments, to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and manage CASA and TD accounts, as well as loans processing, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously optimize processes and systems to enhance customer experience, drive business growth, and stay ahead of industry trends.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in QA and digital channels management, preferably in the digital banking industry.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of payments systems, cards, and digital account opening processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving innovation.
